Connect Your Community was designed as a collaborative effort between OneCommunity, seven Lead Community Agencies (LCAs), and the local partners of the LCAs.
CYC was managed nationally by OneCommunity and locally by each of the LCAs. Local leadership was prioritized as much as possible, while a common structure helped promote collaborative innovation and reduce costs.
